About Us

We are a friendly group of LGBTQ and straight allies 18 years of age or older. We are located on the picturesque shores of the Grand Lake O` Cherokees in northeast Oklahoma. We are an hours drive northeast of the vibrant city of Tulsa just off the Will Rogers Turnpike. Our home city is Grove Oklahoma. It is a small eclectic town with shops, restaurants, casinos, and many state parks. We are a mature group of individuals, that enjoy mature things.

Our Guidelines

1, We ask that you are 18 years of age or older. We respect the privacy of all persons. We promise not to publish personally identifiable information on anyone unless that person specifically authorizes us to. 

2, We promise not to out anyone. Coming out of the closet is a personal decision best left up to the person, the person's family, and spiritual guide. We want your stay with us to be a safe and comfortable one. 

3, We promise to refer to all persons by their preferred name and gender pronoun. It is not our job nor will it be to cast judgement on anyone. We feel that is wrong. 

4, We are not a political organization but we will advocate locally for the LGBTQ community in the Grand Lake Oklahoma region. National LGBTQ political organizations include the Human Rights Campaign, National Center for Transgender Equality, and others. These organizations do well to champion for the cause of LGBTQ equality. We will not pressure anyone to vote for a particular candidate for public office. We believe that person's should vote their particular political beliefs. 

5, We want everyone to dress appropriately, and dress in your preferred gender. We want you to come away feeling that you are welcomed and respected. We also welcome service animals, but please keep them under your control. We welcome persons with mental and physical disabilities, veterans, and family members. 

6, Remember, respect your community members.during our love ins, it is consensual touching only, do not force someone into a non-consensual position. We want everyone to have an enjoyable and comfortable time.  

7, If you violate our policies, you will be asked to leave. We want everyone to be safe.
